Pagal 17 straipsnio 3 dalį ir 44 straipsnio 2 dalį registrai gali siūlyti Bendrijos nepriklausomam sandorių žurnalui sutikrinti ir įdiegti automatinį nacionalinio paskirstymo plano pakeitimą, atliekant šiame priede apibūdintus veiksmus.

In accordance with Articles 17(3) and 44(2), registries may propose to the Community independent transaction log to check and implement an automatic change to the national allocation plan through a process described in this Annex.

Šiuo atžvilgiu Komisija duomenis sutikrino lygindama konsultanto pateiktų duomenų tendencijas su tų pačių duomenų, susijusių su tomis pačiomis temomis, kuriuos paskelbė kitos mokslinių tyrimų bendrovės, JRC ir Europos fotovoltinės pramonės asociacija (toliau – EPIA), jei tokie duomenys buvo paskelbti, tendencijomis.

In this context, the cross-checking exercise carried out by the Commission consisted of comparing the trends of the data received from the consultant with the trends of the same data published by other research companies, the Commission's Joint Research Center (‘JRC’) and the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (‘EPIA’) on the same topics, when available.
