Tais atvejais, kai dėl force majeure ar gresiančio pavojaus arba valdžios institucijų nurodymu iš trečiosios šalies skrendantis orlaivis turi nutūpti nutūpimo aikštelėje, kurioje nėra sienos perėjimo punkto, tas orlaivis gali tęsti skrydį tik gavęs sienos apsaugos pareigūnų ir muitinės leidimą.

Where, in cases of force majeure or imminent danger or on the instructions of the authorities, an aircraft on a flight from a third country has to land on a landing ground which is not a border crossing point, that aircraft may continue its flight only after authorisation from the border guards and from customs.

The two-engines-inoperative en-route net flight path data must permit the aeroplane to continue the flight, in the expected meteorological conditions, from the point where two engines are assumed to fail simultaneously, to an aerodrome at which it is possible to land and come to a complete stop when using the prescribed procedure for a landing with two engines inoperative.

If an aircraft is subjected to unlawful interference, the pilot-in-command shall attempt to land as soon as practicable at the nearest suitable aerodrome or at a dedicated aerodrome assigned by the competent authority unless considerations aboard the aircraft dictate otherwise.
