| Ministerstwo finansów zrobiło użytek z powyższego upoważnienia i przyjęło ofertę zarządu WAK z dnia 19 listopada 1990 r. dotyczącą przeniesienia majątku w dniu 2 stycznia 1991 r.„Umowa o wniesieniu majątku”, zawarta między krajem związkowym i LSH w dniu 2 stycznia 1991 r., uregulowała przeniesienie majątku WAK łącznie z wszystkimi prawami i obowiązkami z mocą obowiązującą od dnia 1 stycznia 1991 r. | The Ministry of Finance made use of this authorisation and accepted the offer made by WAK's executive board on 19 November 1990 to transfer the assets on 2 January 1991. An ‘incorporation agreement’ of 2 January 1991 between the Land and LSH regulated the transfer of WAK's assets, including all rights and obligations, with effect from 1 January 1991. |
