Dalībvalstis nodrošina, ka darbiniekiem uzņēmumos un/vai struktūrvienībās, kuros no darbiniekiem neatkarīgu iemeslu dēļ nav darbinieku pārstāvju, ir tiesības ievēlēt vai iecelt īpašās pārrunu grupas dalībniekus.

Member States shall provide that employees in undertakings and/or establishments in which there are no employees’ representatives through no fault of their own, have the right to elect or appoint members of the special negotiating body.

Lai nodrošinātu nepārtrauktu un vienotu darbu, Eiropadome ievēlēs Eiropadomes priekšsēdētāju uz maksimālo termiņu — 5 gadiem.

To drive forward its work on a continuous and consistent basis, the European Council will elect a President of the European Council for a maximum of five years.
