Limon buğuladım!

I steamed some limes!

Şekli arı kovanına benzeyene kadar tencerede buğuladım sonra doğrayıp domuz etiyle birlikte, tavuk suyunda kaynattım.

It's steamed in the pot until it looks like a beehive which is then cut into pieces and stewed with ham in an old hen broth.
