“COTS” ir tirdzniecībā pieejams komplekts, ko pārdevēji tirgo, izmantojot publiskos katalogus, un ko nav paredzēts izveidot vai uzlabot pēc individuāla pasūtījuma;

‘COTS’ means a commercial available application sold by vendors through public catalogue listings and not intended to be customised or enhanced;

Ražotāja vai pārdevēja nosaukumu un adresi papildina ar vārdiem “ražotājs” vai “ražojis” un “tirgotājs” vai “tirgo” vai līdzvērtīgiem vārdiem.

The name and address of the producer or vendor shall be supplemented by the terms “producer” or “produced by” and “vendor” or “sold by”, or equivalent.

Ar Komisijas Regulas (EK) Nr. 607/2009 [2] 56. panta 3. punktu paredzēts, ka šo norādi papildina ar vārdiem “ražotājs” vai “ražojis” un “tirgotājs” vai “tirgo” vai līdzvērtīgiem vārdiem.

Article 56(3) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 [2] states that this indication shall be supplemented by the words 'producer' or 'produced by' and 'vendor' or 'sold by', or equivalent.
