Tādēļ Komisija uzskata par atbilstošu reizināt Akzo Nobel sodanaudu ar koeficientu 1,5 un BASF – ar koeficientu 2.

Šajā sakarībā Komisija atzīmēja, ka 2003. gadā Atofina/Elf Aquitaine apgrozījums bija 84,5 miljardi EUR un Akzo apgrozījums bija 13 miljardi EUR. Attiecīgi Komisija atzina, ka ir lietderīgi Atofina/Elf Aquitaine soda naudu reizināt ar koeficientu 2,5 un Akzo – ar koeficientu 1,5.
In this respect, the Commission noted that in 2003 the turnover of Atofina/Elf Aquitaine was EUR 84,5 billion, and that of Akzo was EUR 13 billion. Accordingly, the Commission considered it appropriate to multiply the fine for Atofina/Elf Aquitaine with a factor of 2,5 and that of Akzo with a factor of 1,5.
Ņemot vērā to, ka Solvay apgrozījums bija 8,560 miljoni euro, Komisija uzskata par lietderīgu reizināt uzņēmumam Solvay noteikto sodanaudu ar koeficientu 1,5.
