Production fields shall be inspected and seed samples shall be taken, at random every year, of at least of 5 % of all the lots of seeds of populations and production fields under the experiment by official seed samplers.

Jei iš informacijos, kurią valstybės narės pateikia Komisijai ir leidimą išdavusiai valstybei narei, paaiškėja, kad stygiaus metu atsargų yra, valstybė narė sprendžia dėl išduoto leidimo panaikinimo arba numatomo jo galiojimo laiko sutrumpinimo ir informuoja Komisiją bei kitas valstybes nares apie priemones, kurių ji ėmėsi ar imsis, ne vėliau kaip per 15 darbo dienų nuo tokios informacijos gavimo datos.

Where a Member State submits comments to the Commission and to the Member State which granted the authorisation, which show that supplies are available during the period of the shortage, the Member State shall consider withdrawal of the authorisation or reducing the envisaged period of validity, and shall inform the Commission and the other Member States of the measures it has taken or will take, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the information.
