| Tiktāl, ciktāl šajā protokolā paredzētie grozījumi direktīvās Eiropas Kopienas dibināšanas līguma 249. panta un EAEK līguma 161. panta nozīmē rada vajadzību izdarīt grozījumus pašreizējo dalībvalstu normatīvajos un administratīvajos aktos, pašreizējās dalībvalstis īsteno pasākumus, kas vajadzīgi, lai no pievienošanās dienas izpildītu grozīto direktīvu prasības, ja vien šajā protokolā nav paredzēts cits termiņš. | To the extent that amendments to directives within the meaning of Article 249 of the Treaty establishing the European Community and of Article 161 of the EAEC Treaty introduced by this Protocol require a modification of the laws, regulations or administrative provisions of the present Member States, the present Member States shall put into effect the measures necessary to comply, from the date of accession, with the amended directives, unless another time limit is provided for in this Protocol. |
